　　重庆丙丁机电有限公司成立于2010年，公司是集精锻、冷挤压、精车为一体的研发、生产、销售型企业；主要生产汽车变速箱结合齿精坯系列、发电机爪极系列、皮带轮系列、汽车调整臂、单向器（星轮、齿轮）系列、启动电机极靴系列。
 
　　二、公司位置简介 

　　公司位于风景秀丽，历史悠久的文化名城—重庆市合川区草街工业园区。该园区基础设施完善，道路畅通，公司距合川区中心约15公里，距渝武高速公路0.5公里，距北碚城区约8公里，交通十分方便。公司固定资产2500万元，占地面积30亩，建有1万平方米的现代化厂房、办公大楼；现有员工26人，具有各类高中级管理、研发型人才；专业技术人员10人；大专以上学历员工占30%。

　　三、公司设备简介

　　1）、公司现有锻造生产线4条，日生产能力可达3万余件锻坯。　

　　2）、粗精车生产线15条，日生产能力可达1.5万余件。

　　3）、冷挤压生产线四条，日生产能力可达2.5万余件产品。

　　4）、退火生产线两条，日生产能力5T。

　　5）、等温网带调质生产线一条，日生产能力8T。

　　I. Development History

　　Chongqing Bingding Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (former Chongqing Hexie Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2010. It is a R & D, production and sale type enterprise integrating forging and stamping, heat treatment (tempering), rough turning, finish turning and cold extrusion. It mainly produced motorbike magneto flange plate series, motorcycle gear finished green body series and general motor accessory series. The company turned to automobile project after the founding of Chongqing Bingding Electromechanical Co., Ltd. in 2010. Now it mainly produces minicar gearbox combination gear finished green body series, automotive alternator claw pole series, auto belt pulley series, auto starter drive (star wheel, toothed wheel) series, minicar engine cam tooth finished green body series, heavy-duty auto gearbox gear finished green body series, etc. and is developing auto start motor pole shoe series.

　　II. Location

　　The company is located in Caojie Industrial Park, Hechuan District, Chongqing City, the picturesque and historic cultural city. The part boasts complete infrastructure and smooth roads. It is about 15 kilometers away from the center of Hechuan District, 0.5 kilometers away from Chongqing-Wusheng Highway, and about 8 kilometers away from downtown Beibei, enjoying very convenient transportation. The company has a registered capital of 3 million yuan, a floor area of 30 mu and modern plants of 10,000 square meters.

　　1). The company has 4 forging production lines which can produce more than 30,000 forging stocks each day.

　　2). The company has 15 coarse and finish turning product lines which can produce more than 15,000 pieces each day.

　　3). The company has 4 cold extrusion production lines which can produce more than 25,000 products each day.

　　4). The company has 2 annealing production lines with the daily productivity of 5T.

　　5). The company has 1 isothermy mesh belt tempering production line with the daily productivity of 8T.
